Return & Reprint Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product with a manufacturing or printing defect, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
To request a reprint:
Digital photographs of the defective product must be submitted within 7 business days.
Our quality control team will inspect the issue.
If the defect is determined to be our responsibility, we will reprint the original order at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for minor color variations, customer-approved proof errors, or issues resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
Payment, Order Placement & Cancellations
All prices displayed on the Website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Production begins after full payment is received and artwork approval is completed.
Orders canceled within 4 hours of proof approval may incur a cancellation fee of $25 plus 5% of the order value.
Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total order value.
Design service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
For best printing results, customers should submit artwork in:
CMYK color mode
300 DPI resolution
Print-ready format
Printed Boxes Wholesale is not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution files, incorrect color modes, formatting errors, or improperly prepared artwork.
By uploading artwork, you certify that you own the content or have obtained all necessary permissions to reproduce it.

Proof Approval & Color Accuracy
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs before production.
Once a proof is approved:

Color variations may occur due to differences in printing processes, materials, monitors, and calibration settings.
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless a hard-copy proof is requested and approved.

Errors in Final Products
